There could be several reasons for the issue you're facing with both Printmaster 18 and Print Shop 15 programs. It could be due to a compatibility issue with your operating system or other software conflicts. You can try updating the programs to the latest versions or reinstalling them. You may also consider reaching out to the software's technical support for further assistance.
No, the Print Shop application is not compatible with the operating systems running on Galaxy tablets. I've checked the official website and the Play Store website, but there is nothing about this software which means that it hasn't been developed for Android operating systems yet. On the official website, the software is listed as being compatible only with Windows operating systems.
Yes it will, but it won't like it. Keeps telling me that the program is not working correctly, but everything does work pretty well. And yes you files are saved correctly if you tell it to do so.
We are locking down the access for users in Windows 7, and removing them from the Local Administrators group. This causes the Printshop to give an error on Startup"
Microsoft Visual C++ Runtime Library Runtime error! Program:The Print Shop Premier Edition 5.0PSPE5.exe Abnormal program termination
The program runs fine if the user is part of the Local Administrators group. What do I need to open up to get this program to work without users being a part of the Local Administrators group?

The application encounter problems when it's trying to start the required modules. If the other users don't have access to Microsoft Visual Runtime environment, you will receive the above error. Try to give users access to read the Windows directory and partition without a writing possibility and the error should disappear.
The latest released version for this product is 23 while you have 12. The problem is that the program has been upgraded and there is a big different between your version and the last released one which most likely will disable the option to import old content into the new application.

I have the same question, Patty, but I have Print Shop Pro Publisher Version 6. I used it every day and LOVED it. I have tried other versions and none compare. I wrote the company today and if/when I get an answer I'll let you know what they say.
Will this version allow the use of Avery Label 5390 Name Tag Insert size 2.25 x 3.5? Version 15 does not.

No, you can't use Avery label 5390 Name Tag. I have checked The Print Shop's website, and there was nothing related to this element. Other websites of the same category offer the same vague information about supported elements. On the official website, there is a comparison chart where you can see the supported features of two versions. The Avery element is not mentioned anywhere. These apps offer a pre-defined database. If it's not there, then it's not supported.
